In collaboration with from the <strong>University of Milan<\/strong>, the <strong>National Research Council<\/strong> (CNR), the <strong>University of Catania<\/strong>, and the <strong>University of Tuscia<\/strong>. we aim to reshape rural development measures to address new challenges, improve effectiveness, and increase societal support.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.agecon.org\/fc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/recipe-web.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-896 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.agecon.org\/fc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/recipe-web.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"154\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.agecon.org\/fc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/recipe-web.png 500w, https:\/\/www.agecon.org\/fc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/recipe-web-300x92.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Our primary goal is to enhance the Rural Development Program (RDP) in Italy in alignment with the Green Deal objectives of the European Union. We&#8217;ll be focusing specifically on the regions of Lombardy, Lazio, and Sicily, addressing the entire policy development journey, from implementation to impact.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Through RECIPE, we hope to provide<strong> empirical evidence on the impacts of the RDP and recommend appropriate agri-environmental measures<\/strong>, considering the perceptions of farmers, policymakers, and consumers.
